Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

We offer two expedition-grade shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95)
    Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
    Carrier: EMS
    Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery estimates exclude customs clearance time. We currently ship worldwide except to select Asian countries and remote regions.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In the original packaging
Important: For hygiene reasons, vests cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect. This policy protects all our customers while maintaining our quality standards.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Our Team

  • Your order number
  • Item details (name, size/color)
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our Portland-based team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Securely repack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Step 4: Ship It Back

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method—we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For size or color exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify your preferred size/color
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs—because our quality should be as dependable as our triple-stitched seams.
